Your information, handled with purpose. This draft explains the information collected through the MADDS website, why it is requested, and how to contact us about it.
Information you choose to share
When you send an enquiry or project brief, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and message, together with any company, phone, country, industry, service interests, budget or timeline you choose to provide. Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address and subscription status.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in general enquiry forms. Only share information about another person when you are authorised to do so.
How that information is used
- Enquiries and proposals: to understand your request, reply to you and discuss a potential project.
- Project communication: to coordinate agreed work and maintain relevant business records.
- Optional updates: to manage a newsletter subscription you request. You can ask to stop these messages at any time.
- Site operation: to maintain forms, investigate technical problems and protect the website against misuse.
Submitting an enquiry is not, by itself, an instruction to subscribe you to marketing messages. Any permission needed for an additional purpose should be requested separately.
Website technology and service providers
Security cookies help the site's forms work correctly. The website also loads fonts and interface libraries from external services, including Google Fonts, Cloudflare's cdnjs and jsDelivr. When your browser requests those files, the provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details.
Hosting, email and technical-support providers may process information needed to operate the service. The live provider list, hosting locations and any international transfers must be confirmed before this draft becomes a final notice. Read the Cookie Policy for more detail about website storage.
Retention and security
The proposed approach is to keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the relevant conversation, agreed services, record-keeping duties and dispute resolution. Subscription information should be reviewed when someone unsubscribes. Specific retention periods and deletion processes still need to be confirmed by MADDS.
No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access controls, hosting safeguards and backup arrangements should be reviewed against the information being handled.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a newsletter request. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law and the circumstances. We may need reasonable information to verify that a request relates to you before releasing or changing records.
For a privacy question or concern, email info@madds.io with the subject “Privacy request”. This contact route does not limit any right you may have to approach the relevant authority.
Children and changes to this notice
The website presents business services and is not intended to collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. When this notice changes, the revision date will be updated so you can identify the latest version.
Draft for review. The legal entity, processing grounds, providers, retention schedule and applicable rights must be confirmed before publication as a final policy.
A clear view of the small files that help the website work. This draft describes the cookies and external resources identified in the supplied website code.
What cookies do
Cookies are small values stored by your browser for a website. They can help protect forms or recognise an authenticated session. Browser storage and cookies are not the same thing as consenting to optional tracking.
Website security and session cookies
csrftokenForm security
Used by Django to help protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery. It can be set when a page renders a protected form.
Typical duration: approximately one year with the current framework defaults. The deployed settings may change this.
sessionidWhen needed
Used when a server-side session is needed, such as an administrator signing in. It is not necessarily created for every visitor who browses a public page.
Typical duration: up to two weeks with the current framework defaults, subject to login, expiry and server settings.
External fonts and libraries
The site requests design assets from Google Fonts, Cloudflare's cdnjs and jsDelivr. Those providers receive the connection information needed to serve the requested files. External-resource requests do not automatically mean that an advertising cookie has been set, but they still need to be considered in a live privacy and cookie review.
Analytics and advertising
No dedicated advertising pixel or analytics tracker was identified in the supplied website code. This does not verify the production hosting configuration, embedded third-party content or any tags added outside that code.
If optional analytics, personalisation or advertising tools are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are activated. Opening or closing this information popup does not grant tracking consent.
Managing cookies
You can inspect, delete or block cookies in your browser's privacy settings. Blocking security or session cookies may stop forms or sign-in features from working. Deleting a cookie does not delete enquiry or subscription records that have already been sent to the server.
This popup is an information panel, not a cookie-preference manager. It does not create a consent record or change your browser settings.
Questions and updates
For questions about website storage, contact info@madds.io. Review this notice whenever the website's integrations or cookie settings change.
Draft for review. Confirm cookie names, actual expiry, external providers and consent requirements against the deployed website before treating this as a final cookie inventory.
Clear expectations make better projects. These draft service terms outline how a MADDS engagement can be organised; an accepted written proposal or service agreement sets the actual commercial terms.
Starting an engagement
A website enquiry or discovery conversation does not by itself place an order, reserve capacity or create a paid engagement. Services begin only after the scope and relevant commercial terms have been agreed in writing by both parties.
Depending on the engagement, services may include strategy, branding, design, website or application development, digital marketing, data solutions, automation and technical support.
Scope, deliverables and changes
The agreed proposal should identify the deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, milestones and approval process. Requests outside that scope should be discussed and approved in writing, including any effect on fees or delivery dates, before the additional work starts.
Client responsibilities and collaboration
Clients are expected to provide accurate project information, authorised materials, timely feedback and access needed for the agreed work. Materials supplied for use in a project should have the necessary permissions. Delays in content, approvals or access may require the delivery schedule to be revised.
Fees and payment
Pricing, currency, taxes, deposits, payment milestones and invoice due dates belong in the accepted proposal or contract. Third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, licences, subscriptions or advertising spend, should be identified separately unless expressly included.
Reviews, delivery and ongoing support
The project agreement should state how deliverables are reviewed, what revisions are included and how acceptance is confirmed. Maintenance, hosting administration, support and future updates are included only when expressly agreed.
Search rankings, advertising results, sales and other commercial outcomes depend on factors outside a service provider's control. Any specific performance commitment must be stated in the signed agreement rather than inferred from website examples.
Ownership and third-party materials
The agreement should identify ownership or usage rights for final deliverables, pre-existing tools, source files and reusable components. Stock assets, fonts, software and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licence terms. Any transfer of rights and its payment conditions must be expressly agreed.
Confidentiality and personal information
Confidentiality obligations should be agreed for non-public business information shared during a project. Where a service involves processing personal data on a client's behalf, the relevant responsibilities and safeguards should be documented separately.
Cancellation, refunds and disputes
Cancellation, suspension, refunds, outstanding fees and any non-cancellable third-party commitments are governed by the accepted agreement and applicable law. This draft does not introduce a blanket “no refunds” rule or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Raise service concerns with info@madds.io so they can be discussed. Governing law, dispute procedures and any liability limits should be settled in the final service agreement.
Draft for review. These are proposed general terms, not a substitute for an accepted project contract. MADDS must approve the final commercial and legal wording before using it for engagements.
Use the MADDS website to explore our work, understand our services and get in touch. These draft terms set out reasonable expectations for using the public website.
Website information
Service descriptions, articles and project examples are provided for general information. They are not a binding quotation, a promise of availability or a guarantee that another project will achieve the same results. Confirm any project-specific requirement with our team before relying on it.
Permitted use
You may browse the website and use its enquiry or subscription features for their intended purposes. Please use accurate information when contacting us and do not impersonate another person or organisation.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers, administration areas or other systems.
- Do not upload malicious content, interfere with the site's operation, or misuse forms to send spam.
- Do not use the site to infringe another person's rights or to submit material you are not entitled to share.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, branding, text, designs and other website materials belong to MADDS or their respective licensors. You may view them for information. Reuse, redistribution or commercial reproduction requires appropriate permission, except where applicable law allows it. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Information you submit
Only submit information needed for your enquiry. Sending a general message does not create a confidential advisory relationship or require MADDS to accept a project. Discuss confidential material and any necessary non-disclosure agreement before sharing sensitive project details.
Links and external services
The website may link to external websites and load resources from third-party providers. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee of an external site's accuracy, availability or security.
Availability and limitations
The website may change or be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or technical issues. Reasonable care should be taken with information published here, but it should not be treated as error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these draft terms limits any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy and service agreements
The Privacy Policy explains the proposed approach to website information, and the Cookie Policy describes website storage. Paid engagements are addressed separately in the Terms of Service and the relevant written project agreement.
Contact and revisions
For website questions, permission requests or a report of a problem, email info@madds.io. The revision date will change when this document is updated. Closing this popup is not a request to purchase services or consent to marketing.
Draft for review. The website operator and applicable legal wording must be confirmed before these terms are adopted as final.
