01 The bottlenecks we clear

Six symptoms of a disconnected hospital.

Open a chart to see the treatment. Every build is custom — your workflows stay yours, the friction doesn’t.

Treatment: a unified EMR — every visit, prescription, lab and note on one timeline, searchable in seconds and available at the point of care.

  • Longitudinal patient record
  • Search by anything
  • Point-of-care access

Treatment: smart scheduling with live OPD queues — slots that respect doctor rosters, procedure times and patient priority, with SMS/WhatsApp reminders.

  • Multi-doctor calendars
  • Live queue tokens
  • Automated reminders

Treatment: orders, samples and results connected end to end — the report lands in the patient chart the moment it’s released, flagged if abnormal.

  • LIS / RIS integration
  • Abnormal-value alerts
  • Report in the chart

Treatment: charge capture wired into clinical activity — every consumable, procedure and bed day flows to the bill, with insurance packages and TPA documentation built in.

  • Auto charge capture
  • TPA & insurance packages
  • Cashless claim files

Treatment: batch- and expiry-aware inventory with reorder points per store — and ward-level consumption feeding the forecast.

  • Batch & expiry control
  • Auto reorder points
  • Ward consumption tracking

Treatment: structured follow-up — care plans, reminders and post-discharge check-ins over WhatsApp or app, with readmission signals back in the record.

  • Care-plan reminders
  • Remote check-ins
  • Readmission tracking

02 The care journey

One patient. Five moments. Nothing falls between them.

Follow a patient through the system. Each moment is a real handover — and each one is where we make the data move instead of the people.

A registration that already knows the patient

What we usually find The same form filled four times, insurance details typed twice, and no way to tell a new patient from a returning one.

What we build One registration flow — ABHA/ID capture, insurance and consent at the counter, with the full history open before the patient reaches the doctor.

  • Unified patient index
  • Consent & ID capture
  • Counter queues & tokens

Consultation with the full picture

What we usually find Doctors working from memory and scribbled notes while last visit’s labs sit in another department.

What we build A clinical workspace — history, vitals, prior reports and e-prescriptions on one screen, with templates that match how each specialty works.

  • Specialty templates
  • e-Prescriptions
  • Vitals & history at a glance

Orders that never get lost

What we usually find Lab and imaging requests on paper, results phoned in, and clinicians chasing status all afternoon.

What we build Electronic orders routed to lab and radiology, tracked by status, with results delivered straight into the chart and flagged when abnormal.

  • Electronic order entry
  • Status tracking
  • Abnormal-value flags

Treatment documented as it happens

What we usually find Medication rounds on paper, consumables remembered at billing, bed-side events written up hours later.

What we build Ward-side documentation — medication administration, procedures and consumables captured at the bedside, feeding both care and billing.

  • e-MAR & ward notes
  • Consumable capture
  • OT & procedure logs

A discharge that keeps caring

What we usually find A printed summary, a wave goodbye, and no idea whether the patient recovered or came back elsewhere.

What we build Structured discharge with digital summaries, care-plan reminders and scheduled check-ins — with outcomes flowing back into the patient record.

  • Digital discharge summary
  • Care-plan reminders
  • Outcome tracking

03 What we build

Systems that check every pulse of your hospital.

Start with the department that hurts most. Every module shares one patient record — add the rest when you’re ready, without re-platforming.

Hospital management (HIS)

Registration, OPD, wards, OT and admin on one backbone — the daily rhythm of the hospital, digitised.

Electronic medical records

One longitudinal chart per patient — visits, labs, imaging, prescriptions and notes on a single timeline.

Appointments & OPD queues

Doctor-wise scheduling, live tokens and reminders that cut no-shows and calm the waiting room.

Lab & diagnostics (LIS)

Orders, samples, machines and reports connected — with results in the chart the moment they’re released.

Pharmacy & inventory

Batch- and expiry-aware stock across stores and wards, with reordering that watches consumption.

Billing, insurance & TPA

Charge capture wired to clinical work — clean bills, cashless claims and packages without the paperwork panic.

Telemedicine & remote care

Video consults, e-prescriptions and remote monitoring that extend the clinic beyond its walls.

Patient portal & follow-up

Reports, prescriptions and care plans in the patient’s hands — with reminders that bring them back on time.

05 How the build runs

A phased rollout the ward can absorb.

Clinical systems can’t freeze a hospital. We go live department by department, keeping care running throughout.

  1. PHASE 01 Workflow discovery

We shadow OPD, wards, labs and billing — mapping how care actually flows, including the workarounds nobody wrote down.

Leaves behind: workflow map + compliance checklist
  2. PHASE 02 Clinical blueprint

Modules, roles and integrations agreed with your clinical leads — signed off before a line of code is written.

Leaves behind: release plan + data migration plan
  3. PHASE 03 Build & migrate

Systems built around your workflows, with existing patient and billing data migrated and validated record by record.

Leaves behind: validated system + migrated history
  4. PHASE 04 Pilot department

One department goes live first — real patients, real shifts — with floor support until the team runs it themselves.

Leaves behind: proven workflows + trained champions
  5. PHASE 05 Scale & support

Department by department across the hospital, then ongoing improvement — new reports, new integrations, new services.

Leaves behind: a hospital that keeps improving

Retention and security

The proposed approach is to keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the relevant conversation, agreed services, record-keeping duties and dispute resolution. Subscription information should be reviewed when someone unsubscribes. Specific retention periods and deletion processes still need to be confirmed by MADDS.

No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access controls, hosting safeguards and backup arrangements should be reviewed against the information being handled.
