End to end

Six stages. One connected system.

Most supply chain pain lives in the hand-offs. We build each stage to pass clean data to the next, so nobody re-types, chases or guesses.

Demand & replenishment planning

Forecasts built from your own sales history, seasonality and open orders, with reorder points that adjust themselves.

  • Demand forecasting
  • Min / max stock rules
  • Purchase suggestions

Supplier & procurement control

One place for vendors, quotes, purchase orders and goods receipt — with approvals and price history attached.

  • Vendor scorecards
  • PO approvals
  • Three-way match

Production & material flow

Bills of materials, work orders and shop-floor issues linked to live stock, so production never stops for a missing part.

  • BOM & work orders
  • Material requirement planning
  • Scrap & yield tracking

Warehouse & inventory

Bin-level stock by barcode or RFID, with batch, serial and expiry tracking and cycle counts that replace the annual stocktake panic.

  • Barcode / RFID scanning
  • Batch & expiry control
  • Multi-warehouse transfers

Transport & fleet visibility

Trips, carriers and vehicles on one board, with GPS status, freight cost per load and exceptions flagged as they happen.

  • Route & load planning
  • GPS tracking
  • Carrier cost comparison

Last mile & proof of delivery

Driver app with signature and photo capture, live ETAs for customers, and returns handled in the same system.

  • Driver mobile app
  • Digital proof of delivery
  • Returns & claims

Built for your floor

Different industries. Different chains.

Typical challenge

Production halts for a missing part while finished goods pile up elsewhere.

What we build

BOM-linked material planning, work orders and shop-floor stock issue, tied to purchasing.

Typical challenge

Hundreds of SKUs across several depots, with no single view of what is where.

What we build

Multi-depot stock, transfer orders, route planning and delivery tracking in one system.

Typical challenge

Fast movers run out in some outlets while slow movers sit in others.

What we build

Outlet-level replenishment, store transfers and sell-through reports.

Typical challenge

Expiry, batch recall and cold-chain records kept on paper.

What we build

Batch and expiry tracking, FEFO picking and an audit-ready movement history.

Typical challenge

Materials ordered late or twice, and site stock nobody can see.

What we build

Site-wise requisitions, project-linked purchasing and material issue tracking.

Back-of-envelope

What could better visibility be worth?

Move the sliders for a rough, illustrative estimate. We’ll replace it with a real number after a short discovery.

Carrying cost freed per year
Late deliveries avoided per month

Illustrative only: assumes 18% annual carrying cost, a 15% cut in stock held and half of late deliveries avoided. Not a quote or a guarantee.

How we deliver

From first call to first live warehouse.

  1. Week 1

    Map

We walk your flow of goods and document every hand-off and spreadsheet.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Design

Screens, roles and rules agreed with your team before a line of code.

  3. Weeks 4–9

    Build

Delivered in working releases you can test, starting with your biggest pain.

  4. Go-live

    Run

Training, data migration and support while your team gets confident.

Timelines are indicative and depend on scope.

Before you ask

Questions buyers start with.

Can it connect to our existing ERP or Tally?

Yes. We integrate with the systems you already run and replace only what is holding you back.

Do you support barcode, RFID and GPS devices?

Yes. Scanners, handhelds, RFID readers and vehicle trackers connect to the same stock and trip records.

Will it work across several warehouses?

Yes. Multi-location stock, transfers and per-site permissions are part of the core design.

Can we start with just one stage?

Yes. Many clients begin with inventory or transport and add stages in later releases.

Let’s get your goods moving smarter.

Tell us how stock, suppliers and deliveries move today. We’ll come back with a clear plan and a first-release scope.

Updated Draft for review

Your information, handled with purpose. This draft explains the information collected through the MADDS website, why it is requested, and how to contact us about it.

Information you choose to share

When you send an enquiry or project brief, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and message, together with any company, phone, country, industry, service interests, budget or timeline you choose to provide. Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address and subscription status.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in general enquiry forms. Only share information about another person when you are authorised to do so.

How that information is used

  • Enquiries and proposals: to understand your request, reply to you and discuss a potential project.
  • Project communication: to coordinate agreed work and maintain relevant business records.
  • Optional updates: to manage a newsletter subscription you request. You can ask to stop these messages at any time.
  • Site operation: to maintain forms, investigate technical problems and protect the website against misuse.

Submitting an enquiry is not, by itself, an instruction to subscribe you to marketing messages. Any permission needed for an additional purpose should be requested separately.

Website technology and service providers

Security cookies help the site's forms work correctly. The website also loads fonts and interface libraries from external services, including Google Fonts, Cloudflare's cdnjs and jsDelivr. When your browser requests those files, the provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details.

Hosting, email and technical-support providers may process information needed to operate the service. The live provider list, hosting locations and any international transfers must be confirmed before this draft becomes a final notice. Read the Cookie Policy for more detail about website storage.

Retention and security

The proposed approach is to keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the relevant conversation, agreed services, record-keeping duties and dispute resolution. Subscription information should be reviewed when someone unsubscribes. Specific retention periods and deletion processes still need to be confirmed by MADDS.

No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access controls, hosting safeguards and backup arrangements should be reviewed against the information being handled.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a newsletter request. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law and the circumstances. We may need reasonable information to verify that a request relates to you before releasing or changing records.

For a privacy question or concern, email info@madds.io with the subject “Privacy request”. This contact route does not limit any right you may have to approach the relevant authority.

Children and changes to this notice

The website presents business services and is not intended to collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. When this notice changes, the revision date will be updated so you can identify the latest version.

Draft for review. The legal entity, processing grounds, providers, retention schedule and applicable rights must be confirmed before publication as a final policy.
