The board

A week of work,
cleared in seconds.

Drag the clock — or hit run — and watch the queue clear itself. Every row is a real category of work we take off a team's plate.

What we automate.

Start with one recipe, keep the ones that fit. Open a card to see what it touches and where humans stay in charge.

Finance

Invoice & PO matching

Mailbox trigger→Extract→Match & post

−6.5 h per week

Reads invoices from mail or portal, extracts line items, matches them to POs and receipts, posts clean entries and only flags true mismatches.

Human checkpoint: mismatch approvals over your threshold.

Support

Ticket triage & routing

New ticket→Classify→Route & draft

−9 h per week

Reads intent and urgency, tags priority, routes to the right queue and drafts the first response from your knowledge base — agents review and send.

Human checkpoint: every drafted reply before it sends.

Sales & CRM

Lead enrichment & routing

Form fill→Enrich→Score & assign

−4 h per week

Enriches new leads with firmographic data, scores fit and intent, assigns an owner by territory and logs the full context into your CRM.

Human checkpoint: owners accept or re-assign in one click.

Operations

Document extraction & entry

PDF / scan→Extract→Validate & enter

−5 h per week

Turns PDFs, scans and forms into structured records — validated against your rules before anything reaches a system of record.

Human checkpoint: low-confidence fields are queued for review.

Operations

Inventory sync alerts

Stock event→Reconcile→Alert

−5 h per week

Watches stock levels across channels and warehouses, reconciles drift and raises reorder or shortage alerts before anything becomes a fire.

Human checkpoint: purchase decisions stay yours.

HR

Employee onboarding packs

Signed offer→Generate→Provision

−3.5 h per hire

Builds the onboarding pack — documents, accounts, checklists and intros — the moment an offer is signed, across HRIS, IT and payroll tools.

Human checkpoint: IT approves every access grant.

Sales & CRM

Renewal & reminder sequences

Date trigger→Compose→Send & log

−2.5 h per week

Tracks renewal and payment dates, drafts the right message for the right account, sends on schedule and logs every touch back to the CRM.

Human checkpoint: account owners review anything sensitive.

Data & Reporting

KPI report assembly

Schedule→Assemble→Deliver

−7 h per week

Pulls from every source, reconciles the numbers, writes the commentary and delivers the pack to each stakeholder in their format.

Human checkpoint: you sign off the narrative before it ships.

Data & Reporting

Data quality re-checks

Scheduled sweep→Test→Fix / flag

−4.5 h per week

Runs your validation rules on a schedule, auto-corrects the safe fixes and files precise tickets for everything that needs a human decision.

Human checkpoint: corrections to master data need sign-off.

Control

AI does the miles.
People take the turns.

Every automation we ship has deliberate human checkpoints. Select a checkpoint to see where your team stays in charge.

Approvals

Anything over your thresholds — payments, access grants, customer commitments — pauses for a named human. One click to approve or send it back, and the automation learns the pattern.

Automate tasks

Single, well-bounded tasks run end-to-end — matching, extracting, filing. This is where most teams start, and where the hours come back first.

Updated Draft for review

Your information, handled with purpose. This draft explains the information collected through the MADDS website, why it is requested, and how to contact us about it.

Information you choose to share

When you send an enquiry or project brief, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and message, together with any company, phone, country, industry, service interests, budget or timeline you choose to provide. Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address and subscription status.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in general enquiry forms. Only share information about another person when you are authorised to do so.

How that information is used

  • Enquiries and proposals: to understand your request, reply to you and discuss a potential project.
  • Project communication: to coordinate agreed work and maintain relevant business records.
  • Optional updates: to manage a newsletter subscription you request. You can ask to stop these messages at any time.
  • Site operation: to maintain forms, investigate technical problems and protect the website against misuse.

Submitting an enquiry is not, by itself, an instruction to subscribe you to marketing messages. Any permission needed for an additional purpose should be requested separately.

Website technology and service providers

Security cookies help the site's forms work correctly. The website also loads fonts and interface libraries from external services, including Google Fonts, Cloudflare's cdnjs and jsDelivr. When your browser requests those files, the provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details.

Hosting, email and technical-support providers may process information needed to operate the service. The live provider list, hosting locations and any international transfers must be confirmed before this draft becomes a final notice. Read the Cookie Policy for more detail about website storage.

Retention and security

The proposed approach is to keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the relevant conversation, agreed services, record-keeping duties and dispute resolution. Subscription information should be reviewed when someone unsubscribes. Specific retention periods and deletion processes still need to be confirmed by MADDS.

No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access controls, hosting safeguards and backup arrangements should be reviewed against the information being handled.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a newsletter request. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law and the circumstances. We may need reasonable information to verify that a request relates to you before releasing or changing records.

For a privacy question or concern, email info@madds.io with the subject “Privacy request”. This contact route does not limit any right you may have to approach the relevant authority.

Children and changes to this notice

The website presents business services and is not intended to collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. When this notice changes, the revision date will be updated so you can identify the latest version.

Draft for review. The legal entity, processing grounds, providers, retention schedule and applicable rights must be confirmed before publication as a final policy.
