All your systems.
One current of clean data.

MADDS connects the software your business already runs on — ERP, CRM, files, APIs, machines and old databases — and moves their data into one dependable stream. Documented, monitored, and ready for the work that comes next.

Six source families. One extraction layer. One stream your business can trust.

The source deck

We take data from
where it already lives.

No rip-and-replace. We connect to the systems you run today — including the ones everyone has quietly stopped trusting — and extract without adding load where load hurts.

ERP

Finance, stock, orders and postings, straight from the ledger.

SAP · Oracle · Tally · Dynamics

CRM

Leads, deals, activities and pipeline, as they move.

Salesforce · HubSpot · Zoho

Files

CSV drops, Excel workbooks, SFTP folders, emailed reports.

Spreadsheets · exports · archives

APIs

Payments, logistics, marketplaces and partner services.

REST · GraphQL · webhooks

Sensors

Machine logs, telemetry, counters and shop-floor data.

IoT · PLC · SCADA · GPS

Legacy DB

Old, load-bearing databases we read gently — or replicate.

FoxPro · Access · MySQL 5

Extraction modes

Batch, streaming
or change capture.

Three modes, chosen per source — not one default for everything. We pick the lightest mode that meets the freshness the business actually needs.

Batch

Move everything, on a schedule.

Nightly loads, month-end snapshots, one-off backfills. Simple to run, easy to reason about, and kind to source systems that cannot spare capacity during the day.

Good for reporting marts · historical loads · sources with locked windows

Streaming

Move events as they happen.

Event streams and push feeds land within seconds of the source. Built for alerts, live dashboards and anything with a clock on it — with back-pressure and buffering handled, not hoped for.

Good for operations · alerting · live personalisation

Change data capture

Move only what changed.

We read the database log instead of the tables, so extraction stays near real-time and the source system barely notices. Updates and deletes come along too — nothing drifts quietly out of sync.

Good for high-volume transactional systems you cannot pause

The transformation ledger

Raw rows in.
Ready rows out.

Extraction is the easy half. Every feed gets an explicit, written set of transformations — what is trimmed, parsed, mapped, deduplicated and typed — so the numbers stay true months later, not just on launch day.

Every rule is versioned, tested and documented. Change one, and the change is logged — not lost inside a script nobody owns.

The destination shelf

Land the data where
the work actually happens.

One stream in, many destinations out. We load, expose or sync the data to wherever decisions get made — and we keep every connector alive after go-live.

Try it

Sketch your first pipeline.

Pick a source, a freshness and a destination. We’ll show the mode we would likely start with — and confirm it properly in the audit.

The guardrails

Guardrails, signed
and sealed.

Integrations fail in boring, predictable ways. We plan for every one of them before go-live — so you get the certificate, not the excuses.

Every feed ships with run logs, alerts, written documentation and a named owner on both sides — yours and ours.

Retries & replay

Failed loads queue, retry with backoff, and replay from the last good position. No silent gaps. No mystery holes in the month.

Schema drift handling

Sources change under us. Renamed columns, new fields, shifted types — all detected, quarantined and raised to a person before anything downstream breaks.

Observability

Every run is timed, counted and alerted on — row counts, freshness, null rates, run duration. If a feed goes quiet, you hear it from us first.

Security & access

Encrypted in transit and at rest, least-privilege credentials, full audit trail. Data moves through your cloud — or ours — on your terms.

The first feed

From first call to first feed in about three weeks.

  1. Discover

    Map

We list your sources, access and freshness needs, and hand back the integration plan.

  2. Build

    Build & test

Extraction, written transformation rules and guardrails built against real data.

  3. Launch

    Go live

First feed lands in its destination with run logs, alerts and a named owner.

  4. Operate

    Grow

More connectors added one by one, and every one kept alive after go-live.

Timelines are indicative and depend on the sources involved.

Bring us the systems
that won’t talk.

Tell us what needs to connect. We’ll map the sources, choose the extraction modes and hand you the integration plan — 45 minutes, no obligation, and the roadmap is yours to keep.

Updated Draft for review

Your information, handled with purpose. This draft explains the information collected through the MADDS website, why it is requested, and how to contact us about it.

Information you choose to share

When you send an enquiry or project brief, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and message, together with any company, phone, country, industry, service interests, budget or timeline you choose to provide. Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address and subscription status.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in general enquiry forms. Only share information about another person when you are authorised to do so.

How that information is used

  • Enquiries and proposals: to understand your request, reply to you and discuss a potential project.
  • Project communication: to coordinate agreed work and maintain relevant business records.
  • Optional updates: to manage a newsletter subscription you request. You can ask to stop these messages at any time.
  • Site operation: to maintain forms, investigate technical problems and protect the website against misuse.

Submitting an enquiry is not, by itself, an instruction to subscribe you to marketing messages. Any permission needed for an additional purpose should be requested separately.

Website technology and service providers

Security cookies help the site's forms work correctly. The website also loads fonts and interface libraries from external services, including Google Fonts, Cloudflare's cdnjs and jsDelivr. When your browser requests those files, the provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details.

Hosting, email and technical-support providers may process information needed to operate the service. The live provider list, hosting locations and any international transfers must be confirmed before this draft becomes a final notice. Read the Cookie Policy for more detail about website storage.

Retention and security

The proposed approach is to keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the relevant conversation, agreed services, record-keeping duties and dispute resolution. Subscription information should be reviewed when someone unsubscribes. Specific retention periods and deletion processes still need to be confirmed by MADDS.

No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access controls, hosting safeguards and backup arrangements should be reviewed against the information being handled.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a newsletter request. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law and the circumstances. We may need reasonable information to verify that a request relates to you before releasing or changing records.

For a privacy question or concern, email info@madds.io with the subject “Privacy request”. This contact route does not limit any right you may have to approach the relevant authority.

Children and changes to this notice

The website presents business services and is not intended to collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. When this notice changes, the revision date will be updated so you can identify the latest version.

Draft for review. The legal entity, processing grounds, providers, retention schedule and applicable rights must be confirmed before publication as a final policy.
