01 The storyboard

Where content stalls between scenes.

Six frames from the life of a title — each one a place media businesses lose time, rights or revenue. The fix is written under every frame.

SCENE 01

Assets scattered everywhere

Masters on drives, cuts in chat threads, posters in someone’s inbox.

Fix: one media asset management hub — every version, every format, searchable and permissioned.
SCENE 02

Approvals that take weeks

Cuts circulate by email and nobody knows which version was finally approved.

Fix: review-and-approve workflows with frame-accurate comments and a locked final cut.
SCENE 03

Publishing is a manual marathon

Every platform wants different specs, metadata and schedules — entered by hand.

Fix: publish once, distribute everywhere — transcoding, metadata and scheduling automated per channel.
SCENE 04

Rights and windows leak

Territories, windows and exclusivity tracked in spreadsheets — until a title airs where it shouldn’t.

Fix: a rights engine that enforces windows, territories and exclusivity at the moment of publishing.
SCENE 05

Monetisation left on the table

Ad breaks, subscriptions and sponsorships counted in separate sheets — none of them agree.

Fix: unified monetisation — ads, subs and sponsorships in one revenue view with per-title economics.
SCENE 06

Audience insight arrives late

Viewership reports land after the campaign — too late to change anything.

Fix: live audience dashboards — retention curves, drop-off points and per-channel reach while it matters.

ON PROGRAMME · PGM-01

One library for every asset

What we usually find Masters, cuts and deliverables scattered across drives and chats — with no single source for the latest version.

What we build A media asset hub with versioning, proxies, search and permissioned sharing — from raw rushes to final deliverables.

  • Version control
  • Proxy previews
  • Permissioned sharing

ON PROGRAMME · PGM-02

Streaming that holds under load

What we usually find Apps that buffer at peak, inconsistent quality and platforms that each need their own pipeline.

What we build OTT delivery built for spikes — adaptive streaming, multi-CDN routing and apps that behave the same on every screen.

  • Adaptive streaming
  • Multi-CDN
  • Cross-device apps

ON PROGRAMME · PGM-03

Live without the last-minute panic

What we usually find Event streaming patched together each time — with redundancy that only exists on paper.

What we build A repeatable live stack — ingest, encoding, failover and simulcast to every channel from one control point.

  • Redundant ingest
  • Simulcast
  • Live monitoring

ON PROGRAMME · PGM-04

Rights enforced, not remembered

What we usually find Windows and territories in spreadsheets — enforced by whoever happens to remember them.

What we build A rights engine wired into publishing — territory, window and exclusivity rules that block mistakes before they air.

  • Window rules
  • Territory control
  • DRM integration

ON PROGRAMME · PGM-05

Every break, every rupee, counted

What we usually find Ad logs, sponsorship deals and subscription revenue reconciled in different sheets.

What we build An ad-tech layer that manages inventory, fill and yield — and reconciles every revenue stream against the same title list.

  • Inventory & yield
  • SSAI-ready
  • Unified revenue view

ON PROGRAMME · PGM-06

Audience truth while it’s useful

What we usually find Viewership data delayed and fragmented — insights that arrive after the decision was made.

What we build Live audience analytics — retention, drop-off and cohort views that inform the next release, not the last one.

  • Retention curves
  • Cohort analysis
  • Content performance

Updated Draft for review

Your information, handled with purpose. This draft explains the information collected through the MADDS website, why it is requested, and how to contact us about it.

Information you choose to share

When you send an enquiry or project brief, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and message, together with any company, phone, country, industry, service interests, budget or timeline you choose to provide. Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address and subscription status.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in general enquiry forms. Only share information about another person when you are authorised to do so.

How that information is used

  • Enquiries and proposals: to understand your request, reply to you and discuss a potential project.
  • Project communication: to coordinate agreed work and maintain relevant business records.
  • Optional updates: to manage a newsletter subscription you request. You can ask to stop these messages at any time.
  • Site operation: to maintain forms, investigate technical problems and protect the website against misuse.

Submitting an enquiry is not, by itself, an instruction to subscribe you to marketing messages. Any permission needed for an additional purpose should be requested separately.

Website technology and service providers

Security cookies help the site's forms work correctly. The website also loads fonts and interface libraries from external services, including Google Fonts, Cloudflare's cdnjs and jsDelivr. When your browser requests those files, the provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details.

Hosting, email and technical-support providers may process information needed to operate the service. The live provider list, hosting locations and any international transfers must be confirmed before this draft becomes a final notice. Read the Cookie Policy for more detail about website storage.

Retention and security

The proposed approach is to keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the relevant conversation, agreed services, record-keeping duties and dispute resolution. Subscription information should be reviewed when someone unsubscribes. Specific retention periods and deletion processes still need to be confirmed by MADDS.

No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access controls, hosting safeguards and backup arrangements should be reviewed against the information being handled.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a newsletter request. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law and the circumstances. We may need reasonable information to verify that a request relates to you before releasing or changing records.

For a privacy question or concern, email info@madds.io with the subject “Privacy request”. This contact route does not limit any right you may have to approach the relevant authority.

Children and changes to this notice

The website presents business services and is not intended to collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. When this notice changes, the revision date will be updated so you can identify the latest version.

Draft for review. The legal entity, processing grounds, providers, retention schedule and applicable rights must be confirmed before publication as a final policy.
