Specialisation — AI Solutions

AI solutions, machined for the work you actually do.

Not a catalogue of buzzwords — a foundry. We build vision, language, forecasting and automation systems to the exact tolerances of your business, then hand you the keys.

Computer vision

Inspection, document capture and visual search tuned to your product and your lighting.

Anatomy of a
MADDS solution

Explore the four layers behind your solution. Select a layer to see what it does and what comes with it.

Layer 01

Experience layer

The surface your team touches: chat, portal, dashboards or an embedded widget. Designed with your workflows, so the AI shows up where the work already happens.

Included in this layer

  • Chat & portals
  • Embedded widgets
  • Role-aware views

Layer 02

Reasoning layer

Model routing, prompt logic and tool calls — written for your domain, evaluated against your examples, swappable as better models arrive.

Included in this layer

  • Model routing
  • Tool use
  • Eval harness

Layer 03

Knowledge layer

Retrieval over your live data with provenance: every answer points to a row, a document, an event. Freshness rules expire stale context automatically.

Included in this layer

  • Connectors
  • Provenance
  • Freshness rules

Layer 04

Trust & telemetry

Guardrails, action policies, audit logging and drift monitors run underneath everything — the layer that lets AI be useful without being reckless.

Included in this layer

  • Guardrails
  • Audit trail
  • Drift monitors

How ready is your data?
What is the horizon?

The receipts

Measured where
it matters

Every engagement ships with a measurement plan. These are the curves clients see most often — hover a band for the caveat that comes with it.

Cycle time-58%

Measured on the automated steps only; approvals stay deliberately slow.

Manual handling-64%

Repeat work disappears; exception handling is still a human craft.

Cost per transaction-41%

Includes inference cost, support and retraining — not just the build.

Answer traceability93%

Share of answers that link to an exact source row or document.

The case files

Four builds,
four different shapes

No two commissions look alike. Pick a file to see the shape of the work.

"The agent clears the routine purchase orders before the team logs in. We touch exceptions, not paperwork."

An automation agent wired into ERP and supplier mail, with approval rules per order value and a full action ledger.

The signal grid

How a MADDS build
signals its health

Live meters, not vanity dashboards. Hover a meter to see what moves it.

Model confidence

Share of outputs above the agreed confidence floor. Falls below it and the answer escalates instead of guessing.

Automation coverage

Share of the target workflow handled end to end. The last 20% is usually exceptions — and that is fine.

Uptime

Measured at the action layer, not the API layer — if the workflow stalls, the meter knows.

User trust

Share of suggested actions users accept untouched. It is the only vanity number we allow.

Updated Draft for review

Your information, handled with purpose. This draft explains the information collected through the MADDS website, why it is requested, and how to contact us about it.

Information you choose to share

When you send an enquiry or project brief, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and message, together with any company, phone, country, industry, service interests, budget or timeline you choose to provide. Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address and subscription status.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in general enquiry forms. Only share information about another person when you are authorised to do so.

How that information is used

  • Enquiries and proposals: to understand your request, reply to you and discuss a potential project.
  • Project communication: to coordinate agreed work and maintain relevant business records.
  • Optional updates: to manage a newsletter subscription you request. You can ask to stop these messages at any time.
  • Site operation: to maintain forms, investigate technical problems and protect the website against misuse.

Submitting an enquiry is not, by itself, an instruction to subscribe you to marketing messages. Any permission needed for an additional purpose should be requested separately.

Website technology and service providers

Security cookies help the site's forms work correctly. The website also loads fonts and interface libraries from external services, including Google Fonts, Cloudflare's cdnjs and jsDelivr. When your browser requests those files, the provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details.

Hosting, email and technical-support providers may process information needed to operate the service. The live provider list, hosting locations and any international transfers must be confirmed before this draft becomes a final notice. Read the Cookie Policy for more detail about website storage.

Retention and security

The proposed approach is to keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the relevant conversation, agreed services, record-keeping duties and dispute resolution. Subscription information should be reviewed when someone unsubscribes. Specific retention periods and deletion processes still need to be confirmed by MADDS.

No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access controls, hosting safeguards and backup arrangements should be reviewed against the information being handled.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a newsletter request. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law and the circumstances. We may need reasonable information to verify that a request relates to you before releasing or changing records.

For a privacy question or concern, email info@madds.io with the subject “Privacy request”. This contact route does not limit any right you may have to approach the relevant authority.

Children and changes to this notice

The website presents business services and is not intended to collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. When this notice changes, the revision date will be updated so you can identify the latest version.

Draft for review. The legal entity, processing grounds, providers, retention schedule and applicable rights must be confirmed before publication as a final policy.
