Every order.
Every machine.
One live floor.

Manufacturing software that joins planning, production, quality and dispatch into one system — built around your plant, your machines and the way your shifts actually run.

01 The faults we clear

Six things that stop the line.
Fixed at the root.

Tap a plate to see what replaces it. Every fix is custom-built — no forcing your floor into a package that was designed for someone else’s.

What we build: a live order-tracking board — every job, station and operator status on one screen, updated from the floor itself.

  • Job & station tracking
  • Andon-style alerts
  • Shift handover summary

What we build: a CMMS with usage-based schedules, machine history and spare-part stock — and sensor triggers that flag a machine before it fails.

  • Preventive schedules
  • Machine history cards
  • Sensor-driven alerts

What we build: digital QC with batch genealogy — every check, reading and rejection linked to material, machine, operator and shift.

  • In-process QC checkpoints
  • Batch & serial genealogy
  • SPC charts & deviation logs

What we build: BOM-linked material planning — stock, purchase orders and shop-floor issues in one loop, with reorder points that watch themselves.

  • BOM & MRP logic
  • Auto reorder points
  • Goods-receipt matching

What we build: a planning engine built on your real capacity — machines, tooling, crews and changeovers — that re-plans when reality moves.

  • Capacity-aware scheduling
  • Drag-and-drop re-planning
  • What-if scenarios

What we build: an integration layer that pulls signals from PLCs, sensors and shop-floor terminals into live dashboards your managers actually open.

  • IoT / PLC connectors
  • Live OEE dashboards
  • Shift & downtime analytics

02 The floor explorer

Walk the plant before we write a line of code.

Pick a zone. See the challenge we usually find there — and the system we build to clear it.

RECEIVING & STORES CNC / MACHINE CELL QUALITY LAB ASSEMBLY LINE WAREHOUSE DISPATCH

Illustrative plant — yours will be mapped zone by zone during the floor walk.

Inward, inspected and visible

What we usually find Material arrives and disappears into the stores — no live view of what’s where or what it passed.

What we build Goods-receipt with QC hold, barcode put-away and live bin-level stock that production planning can trust.

  • Gate entry & GRN
  • QC hold & release
  • Bin-level stock

Every machine, counted

What we usually find Machine output, downtime and scrap are recorded on paper at the end of a shift.

What we build Machine-linked job tracking with automatic cycle counts — OEE, downtime reasons and scrap in real time.

  • Machine telemetry
  • Downtime & scrap codes
  • Live OEE

Quality that can prove itself

What we usually find Inspection sheets in files, deviations explained in emails, recalls handled by memory.

What we build Digital inspection plans with readings captured at the station, batch genealogy and one-click trace reports.

  • Inspection plans
  • SPC & deviation control
  • Batch traceability

The line, paced and predictable

What we usually find Orders get stuck at one station while another sits idle — and nobody sees it until shift end.

What we build Station-by-station order flow with live WIP, takt tracking and Andon alerts the moment a station stalls.

  • Live WIP & takt
  • Andon & escalation
  • Operator terminals

Stock that counts itself

What we usually find Annual stocktakes, mismatched counts and finished goods nobody can locate.

What we build Barcode-driven movements, cycle counts and batch/serial tracking — from raw material to finished goods.

  • Barcode / RFID
  • Cycle counting
  • Batch & serial control

Out the gate, on the record

What we usually find Dispatch paperwork, no live link between what shipped and what was invoiced.

What we build Pick-lists, packing checks and e-way documentation tied to the order — with proof of delivery back on the same record.

  • Dispatch planning
  • Pack & documentation
  • Delivery tracking

03 What we build

Modules that snap onto your plant.

Start with the one that hurts most. Everything else clicks into the same backbone when you’re ready — no re-platforming, no duplicate data.

M-01

MES core

Orders, routings, work instructions and live job status — the spine every other module hangs on.

M-02

Production planning

Capacity-aware schedules built on your real machines, tooling, crews and changeover times.

M-03

Quality & traceability

Inspection plans, digital check sheets, SPC and full batch genealogy in one record.

M-04

Maintenance (CMMS)

Preventive schedules, breakdown history, spare-part stock and machine health alerts.

M-05

Materials & inventory

BOM-linked planning, barcode stock, batch control and supplier purchase tracking.

M-06

IoT & machine dashboards

Signals from PLCs and sensors turned into live OEE, downtime and energy views.

M-07

Supplier portal

POs, confirmations, delivery schedules and quality documents — handled by the vendor, not your inbox.

M-08

Cost & OEE analytics

Cost per job, yield, rework and shift performance — measured the same way every time.

04 After go-live

What changes on the floor.

Illustrative outcomes from manufacturing builds — your baseline and targets are measured together before the first release. (Sample figures.)

05 How the build runs

Five stations, one pass to go-live.

A phased release on the floor — not a two-year transformation programme. Each station leaves something working behind it.

  1. PASS 01 Floor walk

We walk the plant, watch a full shift and map every job, machine and hand-off that matters.

Leaves behind: process map + pain list
  2. PASS 02 Blueprint

Scope, module sequence and integrations fixed — with the numbers we’ll measure ourselves against.

Leaves behind: release plan + targets
  3. PASS 03 Build & connect

Modules built around your process and wired into the ERP, machines and devices you already run.

    Leaves behind: working first release
  4. PASS 04 Run it on one line

Pilot on a real line with real shifts. We tune until operators stop asking for the old way.

Leaves behind: proven line + trained crew
  5. PASS 05 Scale & support

Roll out plant-wide, then keep improving — new modules, new lines, new reports as you grow.

Leaves behind: a plant that keeps compounding

06 Connections

Plugs into your plant.

Hover a socket to wire it in. We build to what you already run — replacing only what is holding you back.

Retention and security

The proposed approach is to keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the relevant conversation, agreed services, record-keeping duties and dispute resolution. Subscription information should be reviewed when someone unsubscribes. Specific retention periods and deletion processes still need to be confirmed by MADDS.

No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access controls, hosting safeguards and backup arrangements should be reviewed against the information being handled.
